TRAINING SESSIONS BY CBS
- CbS is a 2 decade old ISO 9001-2015 Engineering company having technical affiliations with DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organization), BARC (Bhabha Atomic Research Centre – Mumbai) Ministry of Defence Govt. of India and IIT of Delhi . Our factories are situated in Greater Noida and we also have an ITI college in Uttarakhand.
- Under the Aegis of Skill development programmes initiated by Govt. of India. CbS has decided to take Fresh passouts (B. Tech / Diploma / ITI) to give them practical work environment exposure. We will accept candidates on interview /selection basis only for allowing them to give exposure in below mentioned areas based on following briefly explained guidelines.
1- Eligible Streams –Mechanical/Electrical/Civil /Bio Technology/Production
2- Offer – Selected candidates will be given actual on Job training (under skill Enhancement Programme) for a period up to 6 months in the field as mentioned below. Candidates will have to pay Rs 30000/= (Thirty Thousand Rs.) for this training in advance. Candidates who have secured more than 80% marks on Cumulative average basis can be offered this training free of charge.
- R&D / Design – Auto cad Solid works
- Production / Manufacturing
- Stores and Purchase ERP
- Vendor development
- Electrical – Control Panel development, Circuit Diagram
- Project management
3- The candidates who complete 6 months of skill enhancement training, wish to continue more, and if found suitable may be offered a stipend of 5000 Rs / PM for a further period of six months by CbS Group.
4- After completion of full one yea, Pre selected and suitable candidates will be offered a Job with in CbS group as per suitability and need of the company, rest of the candidates will be set free with a certificate of experience and having completed one year of on the Job Training .
5- The focus of the training and exposure will be to make them entrepreneurs and start something on their own under START UP INDIA and STAND UP INDIA Programmes of Govt. of India
Industrial Training for Students
1. ITI Kashipur, Uttarakhand: Below two year courses are offered at the centre:
a. Electrician
b. Fitter
c. Health Sanitary Inspector (HSI)
Other short term certification courses available:
a. Lathe Operator Course
b. Milling Operator
c. Drill Machine
d. Welder Training Course
e. FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) Technician
f. Compost Making Equipment
2. CbS Technologies Unit I, Greater Noida, UP: As part of our commitment to fostering skill development initiatives spearheaded by the Government of India, CBS Technologies offers an opportunity for recent graduates of B. Tech, Diploma, and ITI programs to gain practical exposure to real-world work environments.
Candidates will be selected through an interview process to participate in various areas, including:
• Research & Development / Design using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Production / Manufacturing
• ERP for Stores and Purchase Management
• Vendor Development
• Electrical Engineering, focusing on Control Panel Development and Circuit Diagrams
• Project Management
Selection Criteria:
1. Eligible Streams: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Biotechnology, and Production
2. Selected candidates will undergo on-the-job training as part of a Skill Enhancement Programme for a duration of up to six months.
3. The training fee is Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand Rupees) per candidate.
4. Candidates who have achieved more than 80% in their previous degree may be eligible for discounts of up to 100% on the training fee.
5. Upon successful completion of the six-month skill enhancement training, candidates demonstrating suitability and interest may receive a stipend of Rs. 5000/- per month for an additional six-month period from CBS Group.
6. Certificates of experience and one year of on-the-job training will be awarded upon completion.
7. Upon fulfilling the one-year training period, suitable candidates may be offered full-time positions within the CBS Group based on company requirements and individual suitability.
