Ltd.(Manufacturer of Hydrocyclone Separators, Centrifuge / Disc-Stack Separators, Oil & Water Filtration System)Location: Greater Noida/PAN India (Extensive Travel) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with direct prior experience in cooling tower manufacturing or cooling tower consultancy, to drive sales and market expansion of hydrocyclone and centrifuge separator systems used in cooling water and industrial process applications.The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience, strong existing relationships with cooling tower manufacturers, consultants, EPCs, and end users, and the capability to independently close business. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business DevelopmentDrive sales of hydrocyclone separators and centrifuge separators for:1. Cooling towers & cooling water systems2. HVAC & chilled water plants3. Sugar mills, cement plants, power plants, and process industries Develop new customers and projects through:1. Cooling tower manufacturers2. Cooling tower consultants & designers3. EPC contractors and industrial end users4. Generate and convert enquiries into confirmed orders5. Consultant & OEM Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with:1. Cooling tower OEMs2. Cooling water consultants3. HVAC consultants & MEP designers4. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations5. Get CBS Technologies’ products approved / specified in consultant drawings and BOQs6. Techno-Commercial Management7. Coordinate with internal engineering teams for technical proposals8. Handle negotiations, pricing, and order finalization9. Support customers during site visits, commissioning, and performance discussions10. Market Intelligence11. Monitor competitor offerings and pricing trends12. Provide inputs for product improvements and new applications13. Support exhibitions, seminars, and industry events related to cooling towers and HVAC Mandatory Candidate Requirements Experience (Must Have)Minimum 5 years of experience in cooling tower manufacturing OR cooling tower consultancy Proven exposure to:1. Cooling water system design2. Cooling tower hydraulics & solids separation challenges3. HVAC / industrial cooling applications4. Prior sales or business development experience in industrial equipment is essential EducationBachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering(MBA in Marketing is an added advantage) Skills & Competencies1. Strong understanding of cooling tower systems and water quality challenges2. Technical knowledge of hydrocyclone separators, filtration, or similar equipment3.
