Transformer Oil Regeneration Machine

Description: The Transformer Oil Regeneration cum Reactivation Machine is a cutting-edge solution designed to restore aged transformer oils to their original quality while reclaiming essential chemical properties. This advanced system employs a comprehensive reclamation process that includes specialized reclamation bags, controlled heating, precision filtration, and ultra-high vacuum treatment. By adhering to IS 335-1993 and IS 1866 standards, the machine ensures that the regenerated oil meets or exceeds industry requirements, making it nearly indistinguishable from new oil.

Capacities available:
500 to 4000 LPD

Operation:
The operation of the Transformer Oil Regeneration Machine begins with the oil being filtered through reclamation bags that remove large particles and debris. The oil is then gently heated to eliminate moisture and dissolved gases, which can adversely affect performance. Following this, a specialized filtration system removes finer impurities before the oil undergoes ultra-high vacuum treatment to further purify it. This multi-stage process can be conducted both online and offline, allowing for minimal disruption to transformer operations. The machine is equipped with reusable filter media, which can be reactivated up to 300 times, enhancing cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
